Chelsea, Class of 2013

When did you attend York College and what was your major?

I graduated class of 2013, and my major was graphic design.

When were you published in The York Review? Why did you submit?

I was published in The York Review in 2011. I submitted because Meg Lambert was editor and asked me to add some of my artwork. Phi Mu was always super supportive of my art.

What did you think you would be doing at this time when you were still in college?

I thought I would be some rad designer working for a record label or some kind of band on merchandise and poster art.

What have you been doing since you graduated?

Right now I am working as an assistant teacher at a college university at a center for children and adults with disabilities and I am working towards my teaching certification, I am also a freelance designer on the side. My creative works that I have been working on lately are things for my classroom and spirit merchandise for my school!
