I Feel Everything All Of The Time

I feel everything

all of the time.

The noise never stops.

Even when my brain finally

finally

shuts up

I can hear the blood rushing through my veins,

the air filling and expelling from my lungs.

I can hear my thoughts echoing against an empty room

with no windows or walls or floors or ceiling.

There is just my own voice

shouting for someone to listen.
